Received the following information from our ISP:

The switch that your server connects to is being reloaded to apply high
priority security updates. We expect that your server will be
unreachable for 5-7 minutes, though it could be as long as 15 -20, if
the reload does not complete successfully. We will be performing this
restart at 12:01am Eastern on 8/11/09.
